Playdate with the Universe is a small, woman-owned business based in California. Every order received is packaged with the utmost care & gratitude. Your patronage is appreciated — as well as your patience!
Order Processing
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Standard Shipping Rates
Free Standard Shipping for US orders over $100*
(*Total must be $100 or more after any discounts and before shipping & taxes).
All other US orders are shipped using a standard delivery method based on total weight. Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after shipment.
Domestic Expedited Shipping Rates
Faster delivery options are available at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand using DHL Express.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
We use Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) where available, which means:
- Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
- No surprise fees upon delivery for supported countries
Estimated delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 business days).
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import taxes are included at checkout when DDP is available. In rare cases where DDP is not supported, customers are responsible for any additional duties or taxes required by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve it.
We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for additional peace of mind.
